What good is youth programming without mentorship? Dominion Mentors — those responsible for giving youth the tools and directional guidance to live safe and meaningful lives — are the lifeblood of our programming. We offer Dominion Mentor trainings so members of your organization can become certified to teach the Dominion Solution Curriculum. After an 8-hr training (both virtual and in-person options available), not only will your Certified Dominion Mentors feel confident to teach the curriculum, they’ll also feel empowered to help youth transform their lives.
Designed for both in-Person & Virtual Learning
The Dominion Solution Curriculum is hosted in an online Mentor Portal, where Dominion Mentors can log-in to access the curriculum on any device with internet connectivity — whether desktop, lap top, tablet, or mobile phone. The curriculum is teeming with videos, activities, interactive graphics, and questions for discussion. Dominion Mentors are encouraged to present the online curriculum in-person or through a virtual meeting platform of their choice (e.g., Zoom). New-School Meets Old-School with the Dominion Workbook
We’re a bit “outside-the-box” in our approach. While Dominion Mentors are given access to the Dominion Solution Curriculum through an online member portal, students are encouraged to follow along with workbooks. There’s something about putting pen-to-paper that makes this curriculum especially meaningful to youth. Many students have found value in cutting-through-the-noise by following the guidance of Dominion Mentors while engaging in workbook activities and reflections. But don’t just take our word for it — we’re offering Lesson 3, “Self-Worth,” of the Dominion Solution Student Workbook for free! Download, print, and pilot it with your students. You’ll be amazed at the conversations that unfold.

Dominion Solution Cub Package
Cub Package
Start small with a program driven by 1 mentor. Features of the Dominion Solution Cub Package include:

1 Dominion Mentor will have password-protected access to the full Dominion Solution Curriculum through the online Mentor Portal.

1 person from your organization will be trained across four (4) 2-hr virtual training sessions, for a total of 8 hrs training. Not only will your Certified Dominion Mentor feel confident to teach the curriculum, he or she will also feel empowered to help youth transform their lives. (*In-person mentor trainings available by request for an added fee.)

1 Dominion Mentor will receive bi-monthly access to virtual tutorials, Q&As, & best practices (attendance optional). The Dominion Mentor will also receive up to four (4) one-on-one virtual meetings (1 hr each), by appointment only, for either technical assistance or general curriculum assistance.

You will be mailed 15 official Dominion Student Workbooks, complete with the Dominion Vision Plan Template. Students can follow along with the web-based presentations — given by their Dominion Mentor — by engaging in reflective activities found in their workbooks.

Once Dominion Students have completed participation in the Dominion Solution Curriculum (as verified by their Dominion Mentor), we will issue them officially-tracked and numbered certificates.
Dominion Solution Lioness Package
Lioness Package
Take your enrichment programming to the next level with 2 mentors. Features of the Dominion Solution Lioness Package include:
